VARIETY OF DESIGNS: CHOOSE THE RIGHT ONE FOR YOU

We offer different designs to meet your specific requirements:

STANDARD:

The vessel of the vertical mixer, screw agitator and top covers are made of AISI 304 (1.4301) stainless steel. The remaining components such as the arm, drive, beam and gearbox are made of carbon steel combined with grey cast iron.
Parts in contact with the product are polished, including welds. The outer surface of the vessel, gearbox, motor and beam are painted.
To empty the mixed product, the homogenizer is equipped with a manual "butterfly" outlet valve.

PREMIUM:

Thanks to the premium design of vertical mixers, it is possible to adapt the machine more to different levels of needs and expectations.

All-stainless design of the vertical mixer. The parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316L (1.4404) stainless steel.
The surface is ground or polished. The screw agitator is coated with hard metal or ceramic composite for mixing highly abrasive mixtures.
The vessel can be produced in double-shell version with a pressure duplicator for heating/cooling the mixed medium.
The container is equipped with an inspection hole, tensometric weighing, a spraying device or an outlet with a pneumatically controlled knife-sliding valve.

LOOSE AGITATOR:

For those who require special adjustments, we offer vertical mixers with loose design. These models are ideal for applications where it is undesirable to have the screw agitator supported by the base bearing, for example in heavy industry or pharmacy.

ATEX:

Our vertical mixers are also certified for environments with explosive atmospheres. We cooperate with professional institutes to offer you vertical mixers that meet strict production safety standards. The internal environment of the homogenizer is classified as zone 21 and the external environment as zone 22. It is also possible to offer vertical mixers with a different environmental classification. Our sales department will provide you with detailed information.
