SUCCESSFUL COMPLETE ORDER FOR ELMARCO!

In May we successfully completed the production of the 60KPVDF process tank for ELMARCO s.r.o. This special process tank is designed for the preparation of polymer solution, which is crucial for wetting in a strong electric field.

THE MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF THE TANK:

• duplicating shell: Heating and cooling.
• automation: Filling, mixing and discharging in automatic mode. Only the filling of bulk polymers is done manually.
• equipment: Valves with pneumatic actuators, position sensors, safety and vacuum valves, solenoid valves, sight glass with lighting and Tapflo pump.

CERTIFICATIONS AND STANDARDS:

The tank is manufactured in accordance with the directives 2014/68/EU and 2014/34/EU and is certified by the Physical Technical Testing Institute Ostrava-Radvanice. The design and production comply with the standards ČSN EN ISO 80079-36:2016, ČSN EN ISO 80079-37:2016, ČSN EN 1127-1:2012 and others.

DEFINITION OF THE ENVIRONMENT:

• inside the apparatus: Ex II 2G IIB T3 (ZONE 1), II 2 D IIIB 200 °C (ZONE 21).
• outside: Ex II 3G IIB T3 (ZONE 2).
