PROCESS TANK FOR THE COMPANY ELMARCO

We are proud to have completed and successfully delivered our latest project for Elmarco, a world leader in the development of equipment for the production of industrial-scale nanofibrous materials. Based on specific requirements, we manufactured and delivered a process tank with a working volume of 120 litres, which is used for mixing polymer in the form of cubes.

The tank complies with the EU directive with the ATEX marking for equipment intended for explosive environments. The interior of the tank is inertized. Thanks to this, we ensured a safe and stable environment for handling the polymer and minimized the risk of dangerous situations.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION:

Design and production according to 2014/34/EU, ČSN EN ISO 80079-36:2016, ČSN EN ISO 80079-37:2016, ČSN EN 1127-1: 2012 and PHARMIX manual: “QUALITY MANUAL IN THE MANUFACTURE OF EQUIPMENT FOR EXPLOSIVE ATMOSPHERE” further according to the standards for pressure equipment ČSN EN 13445, 2014/68/EU, ČSN EN ISO 12100-1.
