COMPLETION OF THE ORDER FOR SYNTHON, S. R. O.

We successfully completed an order for the pharmaceutical company Synthon, s. r. o. based in Blansko. We were selected as the supplier of 13 process tanks and sumps for a new pilot unit for the production of Oligonucleotides (PP3) in 2023. These storage tanks, made of stainless steel, are located in a clean GMP production area. This area is used to produce batches of new Oligonucleotides and other HP APIs up to OEB E category. Of note is the 1000L mixing vessel equipped with a VPure Mix ATEX LS 2000 magnetic mixer, which is used to prepare mobile phases for chromatography.

CERTIFICATIONS AND STANDARDS:

All manufactured containers meet the requirements for explosive atmospheres according to Directive 2014/34/EU (ATEX) and Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU (PED).
