Chromatography column 500L stainless steel for the pharmaceutical industry
We have completed the production of a chromatography column for our long-term customer in the pharmaceutical industry. It is a 500 litre standing, closed, unheated, insulated and stable pressure vessel, mounted on a stainless steel stand. This equipment, designed for chromatographic separation, was custom made to the customer’s specific requirements.
Chromatographic separation is a method that is used to separate a sample into individual components based on their different distributions between the mobile and stationary phases.
TECHNICAL PARAMETERS OF CHROMATOGRAPHY COLUMN:
- Volume: 500 litres
- Operating pressure: 0-25 bar
- Operating temperature: 0-70°C
- Material: Stainless steel 1.4571
- Sealing: PTFE
QUALITY AND SAFETY:
- The equipment has been designed and manufactured in accordance with Directive 2014/68/EU and EN 13 445-1
- This is a Category IV pressure vessel
- The conformity assessment (module H1) was carried out by TÜV SÜD Czech s.r.o. (Notified Body 1017)
